AUSTIN,Texas — January 16, 2019 — LSO / Lone Star Overnight, the South’s leading regional parcel carrier, announced the addition of Terry Douglas as the new President of the Final Mile Division and Dennis Jones as Vice President of Sales for the Parcel Division.
Terry brings 20 years of private sector experience and a strong reputation for driving operational efficiencies and profitability in a variety of industries. He moved successfully through operational leadership roles and most recently held the position of Executive Vice President of Mclean Power Systems. Terry has worked with private equity firms and led organizations through growth opportunities, showing significant improvements in both top and bottom line results.
Dennis joins LSO after a thirty-six year career with UPS, where he built and managed sales teams both domestically and internationally. He has had responsibility for both mid-market growth as well as individual responsibility for securing large customers. Throughout his career, Dennis has trained and managed over 500 Sales Executives in the parcel industry. His most recent assignment at UPS was to open and grow the technology vertical market in Texas.
