LSO has a network of 60 locations and 2,000 dedicated men and women to serve you. Our Austin, TX based customer service team is passionate about getting your most important packages delivered on-time, every time. We deliver next day Express Service by 8:30 am, 10:30 am, and 3:00 pm, 2nd day Express Service, and offer 1-3 day delivery Ground Service. We now offer Global service to over 220,000 international destinations with door-to-delivery within 1-3 days.

Shipping Services

Available for delivery in many cities within LSO’s service territory. Free use of LSO provided envelopes, polys, tubes and overnight boxes for LSO shipments. LSO will not obtain a delivery signature for 8:30 am deliveries. Monday – Friday pickup in most areas.

Next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most areas, by noon, or end of the next business day to some rural areas. Available for delivery throughout LSO’s service territory. Free use of LSO provided envelopes, polys, tubes and overnight boxes for LSO shipments.

Next business day by 3:00 pm to most areas, or end of the next business day to some rural areas. Available for delivery throughout LSO’s service territory. Free use of LSO provided envelopes, polys, tubes and overnight boxes for LSO shipments. Monday - Friday pickup in most areas. Saturday pickup service is not available.

Delivery is day-definite and based on the distance to your destination. Available for delivery throughout LSO’s service territory. Use of LSO provided envelopes, polys, tubes and overnight boxes are not permitted for Ground services. Monday - Friday pickup in most areas. The Saturday delivery service is not available for LSO Ground.

LSO offers several shipping options, from Next Day to Ground.

I had a problem with delivery. Two days that nobody showed up after waiting those full days. The tracking said resident, not at home which was not true. My husband is very handicapped which is why I have things delivered. I called customer service and spoke with Peggy who was a Godsend!
